What does the colour of the LED mean when it is lit?
When the LED is lit red, it means that the solar panel is receiving sunlight and is ready to charge connected devices. When the LED is lit green, it means that there is power through the USB-C outlet to the connected device.
Why is the solar panel not being charged?
This product is solely a solar panel and does not have a built-in battery. In order to be able to store power from the solar panel, a powerbank needs to be connected.
